That is a cool package.
We've left out of that Riviera Bar and Grill in the pic a few times. When talking with the owners they were surprised how many boats showed. Hopefully they get the marina on the opposite side completed, and that the latest two hurricanes didn't damage it too bad.
We've rented a pontoon boat from a guy who lives close there a few times, with that many boats tied up the channel had to be pretty narrtow, and close to too shallow.
Great restuarant, really popular.
