Had a good conversation with Cole after Lorne's Key West Championship. Cole will have the safest DW built, which is really great news. Right now, Shaun's is probably the safest one built.
We are hoping like heck the orgs increase the weight for the class and actually start enforcing the safety rules in the books. How much longer can we go on saying, "boy they were lucky", whenever a DW has a flip or crash?
And what are they going to do with the heavier, and also potentially faster, V8 300's that have been approved for next season? Especially considering the boats will have a higher CG with the 20" mid.
