I swear to god ,if I ever won the lottery ,I would spend what ever it took to file a class action against the Gators,,,IT,S LOVE BUG SEASON and you can,t go outside without getting a dozen in your mouth, ears, noise, hair , eyes ,the boat is filling up with them, you don,t dare open the cockpit,,and I don,t understand why some,, agency , tree hugger,,insurance company, any class action hasn,t been filed against them for this experiment gone wrong. they spent millions to invent these things ,,they ought to be held accountable to spend millions to get rid of them,, .it riuns 2 months every year, not to mention paint jobs,, and working conditions suck,,
ok i,m better now ,,,,,JUST CLOSE THE SCHOOL WOULD BE GOOD FOR ME ,,,:leaving:

not yet ,but they crawel all over you ,while your trying to work,,the shop floor is total black,,,it,s like someone nagging in your ear all day,,,,and knowhere to go and hide,,i,m going to have to wait untill tonight ,and work thru the night to get ready to leave,,the only thing good about the school is, a LOT of the girls work at the "WE BARE ALL " up the street,,

Hopefully they're not covered with bugs.....

nothing will eat them ,not the birds , lizards, bats, they have no preditors,,they were designed to breed with the mosquitos and they wont touch them,,so they breed and lay 500 eggs in the sand,,and as soon as the sand hits 90 deg,s ,,swarms ,,,the school should be held responsable,,,

If it's not freaky enough to see swarms of sex-crazed bugs flying in tandem on your next Florida vacation, consider this fact I learned while researching this post: The male dies after mating.:(

And the female? The female keeps dragging that dead man's body around with her, until she lays her eggs and dies.:ack2:

Talk about letting a relationship weigh you down.

Looks like you'd lose the suit George. Everything says that's a myth, they came up and over through Texas.

They are also acidic and ruin car paint if not removed within 24 to 48 hours??????

"Love Bugs were introduced from South America. And actually what happened was that they spread around the Gulf of Mexico through Texas and Louisiana to invade Florida through the Panhandle and then down through the state."

These Love Bugs that traveled to Florida (without being flattened against a moving car) made their appearance within the past fifty or sixty years (Koehler)...

"In the 1940s they were first found in Texas and then they spread through the 1940s and 1950s in through Florida."
