After my third colonoscopy in six years, I'm clean as a whistle and a few pounds lighter. After losing my brother to colon cancer at age 47, I implore any guy over the age of 50 to get one as often as your doctor allows. Besides, it's a quick way to shed some weight. I lost six pounds in 16 hours. LOL
