Build me a motor for my Cig 20

well I have bought a HP500 it has been bored .030 over it is apart.

What would you put in it for 550-600 hp
It for my cig 20 I have pistons crank and rods all in good shape I know I will need some porting on the stock heads

would like to be normally asperated and with a carb as I dont have $ in budget for Fuel Injection

On my bullet I have Barry Grany 850 Marine Demon Carbs and would like to stay with that for a carb.

Cam Recomendations?

AFR 325 heads with partial CNC is going to give you the most bang for the buck. Get Bob Madara to do a custom cam for you and you're there.

with porting can I get ny stock heads to flow enough

Ron Potter just turned my friends pair of 525's into 630's. I don't know what he did but he could probably do the port work and give you the part info to build up yours if you are doing it yourself.

The porting would cost more than the AFR's. Plus, you lose the aluminum advantage on upped compression.
