The Miss GEICO Racing Team is excited to announce the addition of Gary Stray as Team Manager . Gary has extensive offshore racing experience in Europe, winning multiple world championships with Steve Curtis's Rainbow Team and the infamous Victory Team. Gary’s extensive offshore racing experience in Europe with Team Victory, combined with his proven “masterpiece” rigging capabilities with Randy Scism's MTI's, are designed to take AMF/Miss Geico Racing to the next level.

“Scott and I were planning our 2010 budgets when we received a call from Gary about turning our 2007-2008 World Champion MTI Racing Boat into a showpiece. One thing led to another and we both realized we had a tremendous amount of synergy,” said Marc Granet, Driver. “The combination of Gary Stray’s rigging capabilities coupled with our own internal turbine mechanics now allows AMF/Miss GEICO to offer full service racing production to meet the demands of the racing world", said Scott Colton, GM.
Gary will be joining the team immediately and will be managing the team in Key West Florida on November 8-15 for the SBI World Championships. John Haggin, Team Owner, stated “We are truly committed to racing the fastest and safest boats in the world and Gary’s ability to produce results is proven. Oh, and he sounds like the gecko as well.” When Scotty B, Throttleman, was asked for his thoughts it seemed simple “The Baddest rigger in the world meets the baddest race team in the world, period”!

Awesome combo!!! Congrats!

Does this mean that Supercat Rigging is no more?

Yeah, definitely WAY cool. :driving:

I had the same question as Matt. Is Supercat Rigging, for lack of a better term, "shutting down" , or are they just slowing down until after the season?

Good luck with everything going forward!:coolgleamA:
