Anyone heading to Michigan City for SBI Race?

With SBI Race coming up this weekend - wondering who was heading out that way. Stopped there once on the way back to OH from Chicago - seemed like a nice town.

We'll be cheering for the hometeam of Dan Davies (earthwerks) and Billy Anker in Super V and P2 in the Fountain Outlaw boat.

It looks like it could be a little bumpy out on the race course.....winds 10-25mph out of the southwest which might make it kinda interesting then again outta the south it could be flat!

Yesterday I was thinking EXACTLY that when I ran over to Boaters Beach (just west of Michigan City). Wind had been blowing out of the south/southwest for two days...I figured it'd be nice and flat over there. It was a washing machine of 2 - 4 footers...Leo and I (exhileration) were checking out each others skegs the whole way! This lake is just crazy.
