I've seen that done to re-seat a bead out in the sand dunes. It works

I'm with Sea Dated, I've done it more times than I could possible count. Starting fluid is my personal favorite, but sometimes you have to settle. My guys get a little gun shy when I get ready to do it. It's a little intimidating the first few times but gets easier with time.

you cant do that with wd40 any more they had to take out the flammable propellant more than ten years ago. Hairspray works much better anyway:cheers2:

a couple of pounds, the trick is to have the air hose ready or the cooling/contracting gasses will pull the tire back off the bead
