Aerial photo shoot costs?

Possibly thinking of getting a friend an aerial photo shoot done for him.
What are the costs?
Who is in the NYC area?

TIA

Best be is to do it during an organized event that's being photographed already. You can get with the person shooting it ahead of time and give them specific requests. Renting a helo and getting a good action photographer that knows what he's doing is going to cost you a bundle by the time you're done. And shooting a boat only takes a couple minutes. Why pay for a couple hours of helo time and dragging a photog out for an afternoon? There are no shortages of poker runs happening in your area. Do it there. You might even be able to get video.

If you really want to pursue it, Tim Sharkey is in your neighborhood. http://www.seriousoffshore.com/forums/member.php?u=55

It's for a friend who just got a new 45ft racing sailboat.
Bunch of us join in on Thrs night regatta's and drinking.
Thought it would be a nice boat warming present.

Jeff, i will give you a call.

Oh, that's easy, strap a small vid camera to a sparrow's ass and let it flit around the boat for an hour or so. When the weight kills it just fish the cam out of the drink and you're in like Flint
