92 outlaw 24', real good condition for that year, winter of 07-08 new 496 mag ho with whipple sc installed, new imco 12 set back, xr upper, imco polished 1" short lower, engine raised 3" on x-dimension, 30P labbed bravo 1. everything mechanical is new, everything ! new stereo,2 amps, 4 main and 4 sub speakers. have swim platform. very fast, 80mph, very stable. have trailer but needs work. have a another boat need to sell this one. asking $35,000.oo . have over $50,000.00 in drive and engine. i run the boat in jacksonville, florida, in the river, icw, and ocean.

Looks good. How did you raise the x-dim? Shorty or did you patch and recut the transom?

had custom motor mounts made for the 3 inches on the engine, with the ability to adjust and got the other in the installation of the 1" shorty. lines up perfect.

using the imco extension box allowed to go up 3" without cutting transom. the transition was in the extension box.

what about your exhaust holes, if you moved motor up 3'', didn't exhaust have to be re cut?? so you are at 600 to 650hp and no chine walk? just wondering have the same boat with 2'' shortie no box 670hp ran out of prop at 83.2gps. but mine walks cause I didn't have the full hyd steering up to the dash which I will have with new 1050hp motor. its a good ruff water boat, owned mine for 19yrs, this is a good deal with the extra work and speed you are getting good luck.
