That's a shame. The magazines should be more than a marketing tool.

Boat resides on a trailer. Saltwater use 90% of the time. Always stop at the coin op car wash after each use and flood the thing with fresh water and wipe dry. Still I have some corrosion bubbling under the rim paint.

Anyone? Am I not keeping them clean enough after saltwater use? Cleaning with wrong chemicals?

The old ones are great. The new ones are suspect.

Yes....mounted mine underneath the dash. Siliconed in place. So far, no problemo......
