Just like a driver's license keep idiots out of cars? Like pilot's license keeps incompitents out of left seats? Like a chaufer's license provides safe taxi and limo drivers? Like gun licenses prevent deaths? And all the money collected in those endeavors helps how?

How can they be safe? Combustion results in CO. A freind recently installed a new ventless fireplace, just because it would be an easier install. It was out within a week and a vented one installed.

Illinois has a new liquor tax beginning around September 1st. I giuess the beer and wine won't be bad, but I heard a 5th of liquor gets a couple of bucks of taxes applied! Could be wrong on the amount.
