Lotus did most of the design work. Merc was chosen because of their manufacturing capabilities. Both of these facts did not sit well with GM's powertrain divisions. The ZR-1 engine pushed internal development at GM for future designs.

Was the T-4 plug ever finished or used to create molds? What a tragic story that so much work was put in, and no product to show for it.

Its not too bad, definately colder than usual. Last Sunday the lake was calmer than I have seen in a long time, even calmer than last year after the flooding. I will be out Satuday and Sunday near Portage, I might make a run to the Playpen Saturday. I dont think a 26' Sundancer will keep up...
