Wrangler's only have a 2000# trailer limit.

Sad to all parties involved ! Had a jet skier hit my transom some years back the kid was jumping my wake and called it to close and jump off and Ghost Road, the dam thing took out my outdrive/ prop & some fiberglass, Sorry But I Don't Like Those Water Rockets they are Dangerous.

Breaks If your Avitar is the trailer your going to put the eletric breaks on they will be more than enough , I have towed my 271 Formula with eletric breaks on both axels and will never go back to Surge Breaks . :cool:
