Tax Hey...this is the owner on the Thunder...we have called every DMV, dealer, NYS tax department and anybody else we could think of. Everybody said there is no way around paying the tax on the Outlaw...If you know of a way not to pay tax I'm still interested in the deal..........thanks Phil
