I was bummed about the boat count as well...maybe the racers were scared of the Big Pond? It was CRAZY how calm it was...we beat feet back to East Chicago after the second race, and barely were barely on the trailer before a nice little popup storm hit. Ran 65-70 all the way back.

This ended up being SOOOO perfect. After the last card stop, Steve finally stopped and waited for the rest of us (he had been running with the first group all day). It was even more coincidental as Mike Case and I had lagged pretty far behind after lunch fueling up and caught the other two ATs...

Nice to FINALLY meet you in person Paul! Great seeing you again Todd. We met so many cool people this weekend its hard to remember them all. I am very much looking forward to seeing our "nun" shots from the chopper. I think we had a LOT of people laughing.

The Wings were definately tougher than the Kings. Still...every game has been pretty awesome. Double OT on Saturday night...they should have been able to put them away early, but the Kings kept coming back.

And yet STILL beat Detroit!

Goosebumps. Saw Jim Cornelius do the anthem at Soldier Field on Sept 11 for a Bears game...it was deafening.
