Whats the good and bad of a triple set up on a cat? It would be triple Mercury 300XS's on a new 32 or 35ft cat. I know the center motor takes more of a beating but how long do you think it would last if run and maintained properly. What speeds have people seen with triple set ups? Thanks for any...

I think you are so right(again)!!! I had an 8 ft pram with a 3 hp on it, then put twin 3's on it, then added a 15 hp, then added a 25 hp!!! then a hydro, then a 12', then a 13' Aristocraft!!

We just go the "ole girl" running again this weekend..fresh engines..hope there are some slow boats to show us the way!!! we have always wanted to do this run!!!:driving:

I worked for a doctor and convinced him to buy a Power Cat from that dealer! We used to go to Louies's for lunch from New Rochelle and walked up the street one day, saw the "cat", he bought a cat and then a tri-hull the next year!!!
