Hey Paul, I'm doing good in the still frozen tundra of Wisconsin. Too bad you had to snip the thread. Seems like a lot of time and effort by us is now gone. At least our post counts stayed the same :)

Green peppers was good, yellow pepper had mold INSIDE, WTF! Supper got a little lighter.

Well, my pork loin was to be lunch meat anyway, so overcooked isn't that bad. Hope I don't screw up supper tonight.....steak fajitas with fresh green and yellow peppers.

Oh crap, pork loin in the oven is burning................someone (me :))forgot to set the beeper on the thermometer :cuss:

The original actuator on my Powerquest wasn't a solid connection, I could simply lift up the hatch if it failed, which it finally did. The new one is a solid connection and I have no back up plan (yet) should it fail. I've heard horror stories where people have cut the hinges to gain access that...
