I'd be worried about what the gov't wouldn't let you do with it once you own it, they have a habit of letting someone pick up the tab and then basically freezing it from any development. as they say buyer beware...

Well that is interesting... I wonder if that is the survey that I paid for?? Probably would make someone a great boat -- I think the 10K figure might be a tad light though. It wasn't what I wanted to start with, I'm just glad that i had the survey done rather than drive 24 hrs round trip...
