it wasn't due to ethanol..... however, i will say this ------ i personally saw a 'peanut' come out of one of the filters..... seriously!!!!! on mine, the tops/cap (or whatever it's called) wasn't sealed well on my tanks, and chris' had a similar problem. not a big deal.. easy fix... joe

i only run non-eth or valve tech (sp?) fuel in my center console w/ 300 verado's, and change the fuel filters every 25 hours. they tell me it's very hard on the 'floats?????' joe

All right.... I've updated a couple pics on my Classified Listing. FYI, the tow vehicle is not for sale, but it gives you an idea what you can do.... i have a graphics guy that will cut you a smokin' deal, due to he already has the imaging done, and most likely will never use it again -----...

It's a catch-22.... people are already complaining about the price of new boats, yet, on the other hand, in order for the boat builders to get involved, i can only imagine that would/could ad to it. Now the insurance exec's, on the other hand... that's a different story. in my simplistic...

sy, addressing your point re: insuring the cats... when running these speeds the danger level is certainly increased vs. running 65-100 MPH (which also can be just as dangerous). I'm just suprised there hasn't been more strict covenents/guidelines put in place surrounding the physical...
