I think the ujoint in the upper part of the drive let go and kaboom loud noise and we were stuck on torch lake, at least we had a cooler full of beer to work on as we waited to get towed. I will def be back up there this summer though that place was great.

Torch lake was amazing!!!!!!!! I put in at the north end and broke my boat 5 minutes later and sat there for two hours waiting for a tow. But ya it is an amazing lake.

I would love to go out on the big lake but I only have a 25' boat. I've only had it for about two months but already want bigger!!

Heading up to the traverse city area this weekend and I've heard about the chain of lakes up there. Starting in the west bay of Traverse and on up. Just wanted to get any info, tips or advice for the trip, any thoughts to help me out would be great, thanks. Brent

Oh ya a few buddies have boats, and friends of my family but I just never owned one.

I really appreciate the advice guys, I'm open to any info. I'm sure buying a go fast boat for a first boat is a little much but I'm sure I'm not the only out there that has considered it. I do appreciate the advice though.

I love the Pantera's but they bring a premium, and being that this is my first boat I don't wanna spend to awful much.
