remove fuel lines. remove 4 screws holding on float bowl. remove power valve screwed in to the center of the metering block. rear size on valve. get new one. thread back in. install new bowl gaskets and remount bowls and fuel lines. Parts in hand, 5 minutes per bowl tops.

you most definately should NOT have power to all 7 pins. There are two grounds in there. One for trailer lighting and one for the aux power. Should be one full time power, two grounds, one running light, one back up light and two signal / brake lights.

it terminates in your 7 pin trailer connector at the rear bumper. There should be an AUX power relay and fuse in the underhood fuse/relay box.

Well, now someone with some serious real world experience running one will tell you different :) I ran 575 hp spinning 31's thru 1.50 gears and never had any issue. Yes, it does shift a little hard due to big props and solid bite but it always shifted. Not really any harder than a 1.34 Bravo...

Yes, Bravos have a speedo pick up tube in the leading edge of the lower unit. I would suspect yours was disconnected when the nose cone was installed.
