That's funny...shortly after I moved down here, maybe 12 or 13 years ago, it snowed a little in Daytona Beach...like maybe a 1/4-inch...they declared a state of emergency and warned people to not leave their houses. People were honestly panick-stricken. It was hilarious.

You aren't kidding.
Fortunately, around here, everyone goes into an utter panic, and won't leave where ever they are. Makes it easier to get around for me.

I was fuming fuking mad. Ive *****ed before about the lack of salt/plows in the past but this incident was beyond stupid. I literally would have had better control driving thru an ice skating rink. Its pretty sad when you inching along at about 3 mph, hit the brakes and slide straight into the curb and next thing you know, your looking out the side mirror at the prop of the boat you are pulling.
