Where to begin? I left KW at 8:30 AM , it was a brisk 59 °F......Made it to Key Largo by 11 AM, and was on pace to be at the Boat Show by noon....

But, I drove to far North (which is usually anything past Mile Marker 54) and ended up on North Miami Beach.....right in the middle of the in the water

portion of the show (Megayactches)

It took me 3 hours to drive 30 miles:cuss:) Did I mention I had a jacket on??? well in Miami it was ...77 °F and I was sweating

and had to p*ss like a Mofo....I arrived so late that my secret parking spot was full....so I drove around another 45 minutes looking for a place to

park.....(did I mention I had to p*ss????) Found a spot Waaaaaaaaaaaay down on 5th st. 12 blocks from my Hotel.....in the 77 °F heat...I schlepped

my bag (Bobcat Big Dome by Ogio) which had a change of clothes, Coffee maker/filters/Coffee( you seriously think I can survive on those sh*tty

little hotel 1 cup coffee makers???) and a 12 pack of the finest Domestic Beer you can purchase in Downtown Key Largo in the daylight hours...

I arrived and went to check in.....and they wanted another $100 deposit on top of a $20 "resort fee" and I got p*ssed off and left..after peeing in

the lobby............... bathroom( I neither flushed, nor washed my hands)...schlepping my bag another 12 blocks back to the truck....(4 PM by now)

swilled down two medium warm Beers:drool5:....and walked the 12 blocks back to the Boat Show.....I immediately Bee Lined to the nearest Bud

tent..where I was intercepted by Wrinkledick and Brooks....Brooks bought me a Beer ....while Wrink pretended to search for his coin purse...

With only two hours left in the Show.....I scrambled around and took these awesome shots.....while mostly sober....

I had an uplifting moment....the Cigarette showgirls....were really nice to me...which is odd:huh: So that preempted me from taking a secret "Perv"

shot while pretending to photograph the boats:sifone:

I present to you the finest boat show pics you'll find on this side of the Cow Key Channel Bridge:seeya:

I was under the assumption that the Merc 400's were 2 strokes, and lighter than the Verados....they are 600 plus pounds each....still cool as all get out...Couldn't get a price out of them.

OK, those two photos of a 24' Yellowfin Bay Boat with the 400 Merc were too large.....even though they are taken with the same phone :smash:

Posted them on FB....then copied....Wallah!
