They are very pretty and have a super strong education system there, I do not know what the mix is beside the Spanish Tagalog maybe Malaysian and Polynesian in it also, My Mother in law looks Spanish while my Wife looks Filipina.

Funny is the education is usually on the socialist countries top class and the academics excell, well when you aren´t allowed to own anything yourself your only options are to educate yourself.
And yes they are very pretty.

Philippines is a Republic the best scholars make the papers and there are contests with medals for achievement in different studies again this is taken very serious there.
