Just dropping in for a family thing Sunday thru Wednesday next week. Never been there before. Anything that is a must-see or must-do while we are there? I realize that Monday and Tuesday are probably kind of dead, but is anything going on? Thanks!

Most places are closed on Tuesday; so call ahead to see.

Frankie & Louie's 10mm Kid friendly
Docknocker 4mm I prefer the bucket of popcorn shrimp
Shady Gators/Lazy Gators 6mm
Coconuts 7mm of Gravois a must see. Sand beach & swim up bar in pool. Caribean themed
Bear Bottom 38mm. Far from you, but has water slides and swim up bar
Tiki Bar/Bait & Bagel 4mm has great Bloody Mary's

Tommy Gun was spotted over the 4th riding around in the 20 Cig with a blonde. :sifone:

Captain Ron's is open 7 days a week and Miller's Landing is now open on Tuesday's. Agree, call ahead on some places as to whether or not they are open. Dog Day's is not all that far from you at the 19MM near the Grand Glaize Bridge.

ahh yes... I would have to go with Frankies attorney on this one...the ever illusive supercat cove is a must see! Just follow the signs!

Unless they're out in one of the multi-speed transmission,
marinized duramax diesel units.

The 120 mph 496HO powered stuff doesn't put up much
of an odor either:biggrinjester:

First get a good lake map when you get there. It will make things a lot easier.

Frankie & Louies 10.5mm. Nice sand beach and the best pizza on the lake. Its on the same side of the lake and a couple coves away from you.
Our kids had a great time at Bear Bottom riding the water slides. Its at the 38mm. When you see the lighthouse on your left going up the lake, don't turn and follow the channel. Go straight into the cove on the right side.
Captain Ron's at the 34mm as a huge beach for the kids is and is great place to just hang out.
Dog Days-19mm is always a good time. Backwater Jacks-17mm has very good food. Try the fried potatoe salad and get a Pain in A$$ to drink.

On land the Bagnell Dam strip is cheap and fun entertainment with lots of arcades and games. Go carts and putt putt golf are all over the place. There is also a HUGE outlet mall in osage beach for shopping.

Have fun. We'll just miss you. We'll be down around midnite on weds.

We are staying at Lakeview Resort 11MM.

Get a map. You are fairly close by car to Frankie & Louie's, Bear Bottom (Highway sign still says Houligan Bay), and Captain Ron's all off of Highway 5 on the west side of the lake where Lakeview Resort is.

You are also pretty close to Docknocker, Shady Gators/Lazy Gators, and Horney Toad but you will have to take the toll bridge to get to them.

If I win the Power Ball I'm going to build Supercat Cove just because it's famous and I thought of the name.:sifone:
