I saw the replay on the news. As Jr tucked back in behind Vickers he turned him toward the infield. Vickers overcorrected and went up the track taking everyone one out.
Vickers is ever bit as much at fault as Jr. Maybe more.

I took soooooo much heat today at work! Im a big Jr guy and everyone knows it. I came to work swinging!! I beat down all arguments with 1. Carl at Dega last year and 2. Vickers wrecking Jr and JJ at Dega for his ONLY win EVER in cup

havnt humans evolved enough to be able to solve conflicts without being cavemen and beating the **** out of each other? especially people like this that are in the public eye, and who peoples young kids watch. yes son, its a good idea to go beat up people cuz Jr did it... :rofl:

sorry, im just not a Jr fan at all. i didnt like his dad because he raced dirty and could only win if he spun someone out. ah well.

ha. i have watched him several times. I like watching the bumping and nudging during the races. however, the intentional spinning out just shows you dont have the talent, car, and crew to win it legit.

I wasn't a Dale fan, but He did have the talent, car, and crew to win.
There should be no cry babies in racing.
Lead ,follow or get out of the way.
If you try to block and get hit you were not fast enough. Just stupid.

I agree about no crying because rubbin' is racin' and a bump to say here i am, move is fine. its also partly the spotters fault. in this weekends case the spotter should have said Jr was comin up a lot faster on the inside. that block should have been prevented and Jr allowed to go on by. i just dont like intentional spinning people out thats all.

I agree with Kenny Wallace......."Blockin', blockin' everybodys blockin".......
making someone take the long way around you in a corner or pinning a guy down on the bottom groove of the racetrack so he cant get back on the gas is one thing.
but if you insist on "blockin" like matching the guy coming up behind you move for move........chit like that is gonna happen......Mark Martin even JJ wouldn't run someone off the inside of the track like Vickers did......if I was Jr I would apologize to everybody who got wrecked but make a point of not apologizing to Vickers
