    Does this boat look like it has been underwater? Possibly capsized for a few days in the Gulf of Mexico after trying to dislodge an anchor in choppy seas?

    I believe that boat was all white and newer.

    CC's are like upside down umbrellas- not hard to look like that if left outside.

    See the pic labeled "cockpit"- fairly consistent "scum line" is most likely level with where the self bailing drain is located. What doesn't drain evaporates after a while leaving whatever dirt was in the water, mold that may have grown, etc.
