    Statement 42 V......
    #1
Well the year is coming to a close and now that the boat has criss crossed the country at poker runs/races making a believer of many, have they sold any boats? How many hours are on that 42V that has been in every photo gallery this summer?

I don't know who handled their public relations but the person is great at it!

I just want to see how the whole cockpit suspension chit works - pretty cool if you ask me. But one has to ask - If you a$$ aint feelin it and makin ya thing "Maybe I should let up?" then would someone possibly beat the chit out of the hull - not "feelin" the teeth rattlers?

I was thinking the same thing the other day as I unfolded my 2010 calendar in PowerBoat mag compliments of Statement. Killer boat, but has anyone actually ordered one? And how many hours on the demo? I wish them the best of luck.

If I am remembering all the threads right, that would be Marilyn. I often wonder how tough it will be to come up with a tagline after the whole "make a statement" thing eventually wears out.

    Statement!

I spent several hours in this boat during the Sunny Isles Race. From my understanding their game plan was to tour the race and poker run series to introduce this innovative suspension concept for a full year. I know they have a cat coming with turbines and several 42's being built. If you get a chance to experience this concept the owners Todd & Nick would be more than happy to give you a ride. I know they will be in Key West. In my opinion this suspension design is something the boating industry defifnitely needs in these difficult times. I dont know of any other manufacture that has this much innovative technology built into their hulls. STATEMENT is the boat of tomorrow!

During a rain break at jacksonville I got to ride in the statement.I couldnt believe how it handled without vibration,or prop cavitation. We had 5 on board and hit 130 plus. The bouncing cockpit was pretty cool and simplistic.Air Bags! My son also took a ride but dont tell his mamma !

My kid doesnt realize it cost me 250k to build and drive my own test boat.He got to ride for free.Wish I was 13 again.I appreciate the level of workmanship on that boat especially a first off demo!!

Im hopeful to get a ride in the new cat.1$ and a dream hey ya never know

I'm positive I've read in one of the interviews they've done in all of the main powerboat magazines, that they've got orders for the 42. I've only seen the CAD design of the Cat, but it looks pretty damn wild at a glance!

    I agree!!!

From where I sit it looks like they actually put their money before their mouth and went out to prove what the boat can do......

The "build it and they will come" mentality is something I really respect and relate to!

I won't say any names but there's a lot of other "manufacturers" who have used their customers as test mules...

    Best of luck Statement!

I think the price they were quoting to tire kickers at the LC poker run was 850K, down from 1.1M when it first came out earlier this year. I forgot to ask if that included the trialer

    Sweet boat.
