would foam be strong enough as a core to build some seat frames (non performance ) out of and then if it is what weight glass would work best for this. revamping familys pontoon and looking to do something a little different oh and it only would have to hold a 250 lbs fat man lol !!!

Hey guy have you given any thought about using Coosa ....... http://coosacomposites.com/bluewater.html great stuff and will never rot and can be used with your resin of choice ........Poly , Vinyl . or Epoxy.
