The set my brother ordered from Checkmate has a red box and the print below the larger box. Someone else has to have this one.

10-23-2011 08:56 PMSo far it looks as if Carling quit making switches with that type of text on the covers and switched to international signs......
That doesn't mean no more exist, but so far I've been unable to locate any in my searches.Getting bad advice is unfortunate, taking bad advice is a Serious matter!!

10-24-2011 09:44 AMThis shows the symbol they started to use on the lighted part vs the name. I believe some have the name on the switch below the symbol, but I've been unable to find just the name.
Carling sells the entire line for offroad vehicles also, so that is probably the reason behind the change to symbols like the international auto industry.

I called Carling. The guy said they bulk produced these switches, the cover is called the actuator. So you have to order 250 to get it custom printed. I guess all I can do it watch all the marine outlets and find something close, or use a blank for now. Only other thing I can do it start calling every Formula dealer in the United States and maybe someone has one in stock. Needle in a hay stack.

10-24-2011 01:05 PMI'd start with an email to every Formula dealer in the US. May work. Also watch EBAY. I've seen other colors that look the same.

10-24-2011 01:07 PMAnother option maybe, I believe the covers are only about $3 each. Replace every cover with the new style. Check CP Performance and see what they say.

May be a change of plans. Looks like I may have Steve at Innotech Products build me a dash. If I do this I will order the new style switches. I have to research refacing my gauges.
