Today 09:10 AMThe APBA followed the criteria for the appeal process. So, the appeal, along with all supporting evidence for and against, was sent out to the Offshore Race Committee, (ORC), members for a vote to uphold or overturn.
The penalty was upheld by a unanimous vote of the ORC members, the results for the race are now final, unless there is an appeal to the APBA Board of Directors and they overturn the ORC.The opinions herein reflect the author’s judgement at the time it is made but is subject to change at any time.
