Eatery closes without notice
Guy Harvey's Island Grill on Greene Street closed this week with no notice to its staff.
A representative in the restaurant's corporate office on Marco Island told The Citizen on Wednesday that the eatery was "closed for the moment," but could not say when it would reopen and would not comment further about the lack of notice to employees.
As of Wednesday, the restaurant's Facebook page was still active and inviting people to its happy hour. Marine conservationist, fisherman and artist Guy Harvey owns the business, whose attached gift shop featured much of his artwork and popular T-shirts.

When I was there last month I was warned not to go there because people were getting sick from the food.

They take care of the locals too, hopefully it'll spill over to the new restaurant.
