    I know the one your talking about but Baja also built a corvette boat but it was a few years ago. It was basically a Bandit 223. The Malibu boat was more recent and had the dash and mirrors etc form a vette.

    Hey guys as i l@@k thru my old classic Century Powerboats book i see an ad for a Century Coronado for the 60 & 61 lineup and they were offering three different sizes In the Cadillac Crusader as they were called along with other choices of that era like Interceptor and Grey Marine that did not have as much HP .

    true and I had people ask me after I said I own a 502 a 509 and now a 572 hey are them caddie motors are noooo why cause there over 500 cu 's so who knows you might find out that the caddie is a 502 merc.

    i hope this comes out??1991 july powerboats has this boat in it and it is a baja! i look for that mag and i cant find it .but i find this

    Fountain also did a twin rig with the aluminium chev on Bravo's.
    It was Merc that supplied the marinised engines...never saw that again though
    Several guys are offering marinied ones in OZ for ski boats
    oh and Raylar

    Offshore Racing wasn´t designed to be a spectator sport, it's for people or companies with's lots of money to push the envelope of endurance technology and hopefully put a trophy on a mantle. It's man vs the elements, not like boats with like engines running in circles.
