Saw these for sale, does anyone know anything about them? How many were built?. Were they built at the Fountain plant?

03-28-2009 10:40 AMThat boat was refined into the MTI 44. My buddy has one with the same cockpit layout but the bustle in the back is a little different and the exhaust exits down into the water under the bustle instead of out the back. Otherwise the boats are very similar. It is a great recreational cat, fast, but very stable and the cockpit is easy to move around in. He paid significantly less than that though.

The FOUNTAIN Mti's were significantly heavier than their Randy Scism built MTI's

03-28-2009 12:51 PMRandy used the Skater hull as a base for the MTI. Everybody wants to get into the boatbulding business. Most learn the hard way that its a tough way to earn a living and bail out.

I was looking around that website at some Cigs, and all the prices are pretty much rediculous. I'm pretty sure there's a 2002 TS Gun for $500K+ listed. What is going on there?
